TRYP by Wyndham Savannah Downtown/Historic District

I had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a little squeaky and when I showered early in the morning, the water wasn't as hot as when I showered later in the day. None of these issues had a negative impact on my stay, however. It was a great location with Savannah Coffee Roasters right around the corner. Lots of parking spaces, and since I got in Friday night, it's free parking on Saturday and Sunday, which is nice. I would recommend this spot as a great place to stay.

Had a very nice stay. Front desk was always very friendly and helpful. We were stranded for a few extra nights because of a blizzard in NY and they gave us a great deal on the extra nights and even upgraded our room to a suite. It is in a great location, within walking distance from great restaurants, bars, and shops. I highly recommend staying here for your trip.

The staff is simply incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. The check-in process was quick, efficient, and hassle free. As soon as we left the property to grab dinner, we were greeted with a greater sense of security and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s extremely clean and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.

We've stayed here a few times. It's a nice place to stay with friendly staff. I gave 4 stars because this past visit we didn't have hot water to take a shower. They had just gotten a new boiler so I understand this mishap. They said they couldn't give a discount due to us going through Expedia, understandable. However, a discount for our next visit would've been good compensation.

From the moment we walked into TRYP by Wyndham Savannah Downtown/Historic District, we were greeted by Ebony at the front desk — and she was absolutely terrific. Her warmth was immediate, and her smile was truly infectious. Ebony went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She took the time to share all the hot spots around town, gave us helpful tips on navigating the city, and genuinely wanted to make sure our stay was fabulous. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about the guests’ experience. Customer service like that makes all the difference. We had a comfortable and satisfying stay from February 4 to 6. The hotel is located right at the entrance to Savannah, which made getting in and out of the city very easy. It is also well positioned for accessing major tourist attractions. There is a public parking garage right next to the hotel, which made parking very convenient during our stay. On our first night, there was an issue with the heating system in our room. However, the staff handled the situation very kindly and professionally, and we were moved to another room the next day. Thanks to their help, we were able to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I do not remember the staff member’s name, but I would like to sincerely thank them for their kindness and assistance.

Stayed here on my trip to Savannah and only have great things to say about it. Very clean, staff is super nice and is located in a great area where you can just walk to downtown. Shout out to Jane from front desk and another gentleman that I do not recall his name, just great service! Cleaning crew is also amazing! Thank you!

As a Platinum rewards member, it was nice to get an early check-in and late check-out. This place is extremely clean, and the staff is very friendly. It's also walking distance from a lot of restaurants and fun activities in downtown. There's a parking deck across the street from the hotel if you don't want to use the valet parking, which is very convenient.
